We are pleased to present a summary of a recent successful nanobody development project, demonstrating our streamlined platform from target to candidate.
Our team successfully generated specific nanobodies against a client-provided peptide target (B-N) using alpaca immunization and phage display technology.

Key Technical Route

Alpaca Immunization: Alpacas were immunized five times with B-N-BSA, and ELISA confirmed steadily increasing serum titers.
Library Construction: PBMCs were used to prepare cDNA and amplify nanobody genes, generating a high-quality phage-display library of 1.36×109 effective clones.
B-N the second round of PCR amplification electrophoresis
Phage Panning: Two rounds of panning against B-N-BSA enriched high-affinity phage clones, as indicated by strong ELISA signals.
Monoclonal Screening: 192 clones were screened by ELISA, and eight specific nanobody candidates with high binding and low cross-reactivity were identified.
